I want your arrival in Seville to be straightforward. These are the documented ticket and fare rules for the EA airport bus and city taxis, with the official links beside them. They are practical facts, rather than a review of a journey.
Factual details cross-checked against the linked transport operators and official fare resolution. No first-hand travel review is claimed.
Start with the exact address
I want the fare information to answer the journey you actually need to make. Save your accommodation’s full address, then compare it with the EA route and the area covered by the airport taxi tariff. “City centre” is not a bus stop, and a property marketed as being near Seville may sit outside the city.
For the bus, check both the airport-to-city direction and the remaining journey from your chosen stop. For a taxi, confirm that the destination falls within the published airport flat-fare area. These checks prevent a ticket comparison from becoming a comparison of two different journeys.
The EA airport bus
The airport bus has its own fare: €6 for one journey, or €8 return. The return ticket is for travel on the day you buy it. It will not cover the flight home several days later.
You can buy a ticket on the bus; Aena also lists a sales clerk at the airport stop and TUSSAM customer-service points. Bank-card payment is available on the bus. These tickets do not include a transfer onto another TUSSAM route.
For a departure time or the stop nearest your accommodation, open TUSSAM’s live EA route planner and check your direction of travel. Leave time between landing and reaching the bus stop.
Airport taxi fares
For an airport journey within Seville city, the 2026 published flat fare is €26 on ordinary working weekdays from 07:00 to 21:00. The €29 tariff covers ordinary weekday nights, weekends and public holidays. The official table also lists special calendar periods.
A phone-booked pickup can carry a capped pre-pickup charge. If you request another destination after the first stop, the onward journey is metered separately. Confirm which fare applies before setting off, particularly during Semana Santa or Feria.
Calculate the ticket cost for your group
The €6 EA single fare is per ticket. Two singles cost €12 in total; four cost €24. Those calculations cover the airport-bus tickets only. Any separate transport needed after the airport bus has to be added to the journey.
The published taxi tariff applies to the vehicle journey within its defined area. Check the capacity for your group and luggage, and the applicable tariff, before using it as the alternative in your calculation. A quoted transfer sold by another operator is a separate product with its own terms.
Check both your arrival and your flight home
Use the operator’s current information for the date and direction you need. The time your aircraft lands is not the time you reach the airport bus stop: collecting bags and leaving the terminal come in between. If your arrival is close to the end of a service, confirm the last departure directly before relying on it.
For the flight home, work backwards from the arrival time requested by your airline. Allow separately for reaching your boarding stop and for the journey to the terminal. This guide does not quote a fixed airport-bus duration, because a fare page cannot establish the travel time for your particular departure.
Questions you might have
Can I use the airport return ticket later in my holiday?
No. Aena specifies that the €8 EA return ticket is valid only on the date of purchase.
Is the airport bus included in the ordinary €1.40 city-bus fare?
No. TUSSAM lists the EA separately at €6 for a single journey.
Do the airport fares apply to every address near Seville?
The city airport-taxi flat fare has a defined geographical scope, while the EA follows its own route. Check the exact destination and any onward journey before comparing the prices.
