I’ve put the booking details together here so you can identify the ticket you need before paying. The prices below are the monument’s published admission charges; check the final total and your chosen date in its own ticket shop.
Ticket and access information checked against the linked official publications. This is a factual booking guide, not a first-hand review of the visit.
Where to buy the official ticket
Start on the Real Alcázar website and follow its booking link to alcazardesevilla.infoticketing.com. The shop separates the standard visit, the visit with Cuarto Real Alto and other products. Similar-looking search results do not necessarily sell the same ticket.
The monument also lists a card-only ticket office in Patio de Banderas, opening at 09:00. That is the ticket-office opening time, not the start of monument admission.
Published admission prices
General admission is €15.50; the reduced category is €8. The Cuarto Real Alto supplement is €5.50. These are the published admission amounts, not a claim that every online basket has the same final total.
General admission covers the ground-floor palaces and gardens. The Cuarto Real Alto is a separate, organised visit to part of the upper royal quarters. Check the product and any separate time shown before buying.
Reduced and free entry
The current visitor page lists reduced entry for over-65s, students aged 14–30 and European Youth Card holders aged 14–30. Bring the supporting documentation. Free categories still require a ticket; children aged up to 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
The official shop also lists a free-Monday product. Its presence is not a promise of availability: use the booking calendar to check what can actually be reserved.
Check the seasonal admission window
The visitor page lists 09:30–17:00 from October to March and 09:30–19:00 from April to September. It separately says clearance begins at 17:45 or 19:45. Keep those two times distinct: the later one is not an extra entry slot.
Use the calendar for your date and keep the time on the booking confirmation. This page does not estimate how long you will want to spend inside.
Before completing the booking
I keep the administrative checks together because they are easy to lose when comparing packages. A general-entry price and a guided-tour price describe different purchases.
- Check the date and every timed component.
- Confirm the ticket category for each person.
- Read the final total and the seller’s change or cancellation terms.
- Save the confirmation and any documents required for your category.
Questions you might have
Is the Cuarto Real Alto part of the ordinary visit?
It is a separate addition. The official shop offers a combined product; check that this is the one you have selected.
Does a free category mean I can arrive without a ticket?
No. The monument says visitors in its free categories still need the corresponding ticket.
