How I work

A name. A source.
A date checked.

I’m Carlos Requena, and I’m responsible for what appears in this guide. Here is what the verification labels mean.

Verified in person

I use this label for recommendations based on my own visits: a route I’ve walked, a neighbourhood I’ve explored or a show I’ve attended. The article tells you what I checked and when.

For an annual event, I name the edition I experienced. Dates for a future edition are checked separately with the organiser; attending one year does not confirm the next year’s programme.

Checked against official sources

This label covers documented facts such as fares, timetables and administrative information. I cite the organisation responsible for the information, or cross-check it against more than one official source.

It is not a claim that I’ve personally tried the service. Personal recommendations need a visit.

The agenda

An agenda listing is a factual date and venue, not automatically a recommendation. Each listing carries its official source and the time it was checked. I hide listings when their check is more than seven days old. Cancellations and postponements are labelled when confirmed.

Search services can help me find candidates, but a search result alone does not earn a place in the published agenda.

Corrections and updates

Each article shows its publication date, last update and verification details. An older review does not become a fresh visit just because I edit the wording. Please use the linked organiser or transport operator for last-minute service changes.

Writing and commercial relationships

I may use AI to help organise research and drafts. I review the final words and check the facts before publishing. Generated copy is not evidence of a visit.

I disclose my ownership of Sevilla Tapas Tour wherever that relationship matters.
